Replace or rebuild flaperons?

Looks like my two flaperons may be toast. One has dents in it and the other is missing the root rib and control arm completely. Not sure if the factory still makes them for a Kitfox Model 4. 

I was wondering if anyone has replaced the skins. The ribs seem to be made from foam.

You can replace the skin they just use a polyurethane glue that is compatible with foam.

If a guy wants to cough up the $ I'm sure Kitfox can supply new ones as well.  Most of the later kitfoxes use the same flaperons I believe.  JImChuk
