Who has first hand experience with this and what does it really do? All I hear is it makes the airplane more stable in flight But what really does that mean? My airplane does not really feel unstable I don't think. But I have nothing to compare it to either. Does it help make it fly strait and level hands off? I sure wouldn't think it could help any with side to side rocking or anything or do much in turbulence. Let me know what you all think. Thanks TJay

I think more getting use to the fact there is no more flying $10,000 avids and kitfoxes out there. Me included the numbers don't seem near as big today as they did 2 years ago. But it does take time.

When guys Stretch the tail In these airplanes does it increase the the amount you can put in the luggage compartment because your tail is further back creating more leverage to lift or does the increased weight of moving the tail back further decrease the amount you can carry?

Good friend of mine is thinking bout selling this and I don't really need it. the fuse was covered by Stacy at there factory the wings need to be redone but everything looks pretty good from what I saw. Has dual wing tanks and comes with a fresh 503 from Rotax rick that was redone years ago. Engine has been stored in heated garage i'm sure the seals are ok. He said he has paper work from when he bought it from Stacy. Not sure on price yet. This thing should go to a good home before I end up needing it.

I noticed that with My new wing too. Sink rate is faster but floats more in ground effect. That could be because I come in faster with the new wing because it sinks faster. Another thing I noticed is the CG range on the new wing is way bigger. With my old wing 25lbs max in my rear baggage compartment would make it fly nose high and be all squirrely in the sky the new wing you hardly notice the extra weight. These small airplanes will talk to you .
