    I talked to Bill Holmes at the Rotax booth while at Oshkosh this year. He told me the Pennzoil Marine XLF is the exact formula as the Pennzoil we were using before they stooped making it. It can be bought at any automotive or large outlets. Can be mixed with the old Pennzoil as it is the same.

    I used the Stewart System on N844RS, very user friendly. I also stapled my ribs with divergent SS staples. Goto to their site and download the CD,
    it's a great help. Russ.

    Truth be known the dealer made a mistake and built it with full v-nose. Only gave me 20' long I.D. He rebuilt to 23' I.D square nose with a corner closet space. The other truth is I get away from the Fat Bastard for 6 months.

    Hi Guys And Girl.
    The trailer is built by Rock City Trailers, located in my town of Herkimer, NY. Unit has Luan interior, L.E.D. lights, 2 vents on roof, side door passenger side, duel axel with elec. brakes, and interior lights. Sides and roof are 1" sq. steel tubing, 16" on center. Roof 12" on center. Alum.
    ext. sides and roof. Floor 3/4" ply. Main frame 2" X 4" steel tubing. I wanted it light and it weighs 1000# empty. I don't plan on hauling cars or
    snowmobiles, as I winter in Fl. Will try to post interior pics, but time is short as I leave for Fl. Wed. am. Price with tax $3200.00 Hope this helps.

    Just picked up my new trailer. 8 1/2' W X 24' L X 7' H. Inside 7' H X 8'3" W. Front door on right side. Plan on leaving plane and trl. in my driveway for winter, and at my airport in summer. Russ.

    If you are using the Westac #2AT8A-2-6, there is a yellow wire on the back that needs to be cut if reading about 3 time actual rpm.

    Those are the ones Joey. I had to grind a little on the ID of clamps to make a good fit. Other than that no problems. Good luck. Russ.

    Joey, I replaced my springs with the clamp kits from LEAH, and Lockwood. They are not cheep but work better then springs. Russ.

    Bungee instalition
    HI all,
    Just installing the bungees on the MK IV with the new WIB gear from Airdale. I have the bungees wrapped 8 turns and understand that the safety cable goes on the tabs over the bungees. What I can't see from the drawing, R-3 in my manual is where the large rubber bands are placed.
    Any advice from the PROS. Thanks Russ. N844RS.
