Glad you got a little bit of flying in, I know the faperons are a good bit stiffer on my Kitfox 4 than the Avid Flyer as well.  I think it's partly the larger flaperons, like you said in the video.  Did you notice any difference  after you went to the new style mixer control, and before you went to the Kitfox 4 wings and flaperons?  JImChuk

When I installed the new mixer I think it did get a bit stiffer but I cant remember that far back. Felt good to be flying again.
