Split top cowl

I finally got around to splitting my top cowl and it worked out pretty well, so I thought I would post some pictures.

Mine has the 4 piece cowl and I like it because it makes everything easy to get to. I am too old to stand on my head anymore to work under the panel. But mine is all 1/4 turn fasteners so 3 minutes I can have it off.  My glareshield is more of a pain to remove than the cowling. So it works for me. I have a habit of setting things up for maint. I guess its the old A&P in me.

Hey Kent, nice work. Glad to see that model 3 finally getting built. Trust me, it was real hard letting those kits go. Even harder not pilfering some choice parts first, lol.

Thank you, I am sure glad I got the chance to buy them. They really are in incredible condition, I hope I can do it justice on my build.
