Attaching Ruder Cables

Anybody have a pic of the rudder cable hook up front and rear. I know I have seen guys using a 4 hole adjustment deal on the front which looks good, but on the rear do you do the same or use a shackle or what thanks.

Here is a page from my Avid manual.  In my Kitfox 4 manual, I see Kitfox put the adjuster strap at the rudder end and bolted the cable/bushing to the rudder pedal.  I bet the Kitfox 1 was done like the Avid.  I can look at my Kitfox 1 when I get out to the hangar and snap a few pics if you like.  Jim Chuk
