I just looked back to my builders log and I had about 50 hrs. in covering, taping and through the polyspray stage. You can plan on another 10 to 20 hours for painting. This does not include the tail feathers. If you do not have any experience with fabric, taping and etc. you might spend double that time. Have fun with it, I found the fabric work to be a lot of fun and rewarding. What system are you planning on using? I used the Polyfiber system but I think that they will all require about the same amount of time.

I had mine to silver in 2 days, painted the top coat on the 3rd day. I have covered hundreds of model airplanes and this pretty much goes the same.

Those were long days spending 16+ hrs a day on it. The polyfiber system goes VERY fast once you get the hang of it!
