    didn't quite have the power to spin the prop Daryl at warp said the recommended prop for those setups is a 2 blade 70 inch. I not sure if he got to try it again or not.

    I think the engine would do ok there are literally millions running down the interstate every day twisting well over 4000rpm all day long in 120 degree air temp coming off the road. I know I have beat the holy crap out of mine and never had problems,
    In aircraft they May be more comparable to a VW with a re-drive Time will tell

    Got a chance to visit with a buddy of mine this late after noon. He finished up a airdale with a harley engine.  Taxied it to 60mph but no lift off. He has a little work left to do but those are a very nice airplanes.

    Before you get your jig all built maybe look into using something like this for tubing. I bought some for my balance weights. It was really nice stuff I think it would be great for landing gear legs. Just a thought.

    I would also check it at the carbs just to be safe For comparison I think I was at 1 gallon every 5 minutes in 3 point.

    time to give it a try, Fabric is here found an estate sale with a 10 dollar sewing machine spent half the day trying to figure out how to thread the machine also plans for a  possible future project arrived.

    Got my oil breather system all finished up today just a bit of bending .035 aluminum tube.  Took a minute to look around and realized not much left to do under the hood.

    For those construction boys out there, progress report is the areas that are still white get stone but didn't get that on before it froze hard that's OK May have to shelter it for a week or wait till March, finished insulating yesterday and flipped the heat on. Enjoy the photos. Might work on the Kitfox today.
