CA springtime= great flying

Landed a cool new spot today 12 miles from the airport. Just a random off airport spot but the grass was nicer than some strips I've been to.Had a sweet bend in the middle.  Flowers are in full bloom in CA. Couldn't of asked for a nicer day.

Ed beat me too it.  CA is nice for flying, since it never rains.  At least until the smoke is too thick from the fires     From the size of those dry cracks in the ground, that must be some hardy grass to turn green!
