Any MK IV owners in Southern California?

Hi, everyone, I'm shopping for an Avid MK IV and need to know if there's any MK IV owners nearby that might be willing to meet with me so I can sit in the aircraft and make sure I fit....I don't even need to fly, just try the aircraft on for size. I'm 6'2" 165 lbs and I hear some people my height fit, while others do not.

 

Anyway, if you're within 3-4 hours of Los Angeles and you have an MK IV I'd love to chat with you about meeting up. Thanks!

A B, C or MK IV should have the same room as far as height wise.  Some like the fiberglass seat pan better than others, but I think I liked the sling seat better in mine.  It was lighter and I think core comfortable for me.  Maybe I just need to re-do the foam like Doug did to make it a comfy seat.  With the sling seat you can adjust it some to give you more head room as well.
