McCarthy River Sunset Picture

Went fishing with Randy and Leni at the McArthur River.  Was able to take one picture before the camera died and it happen to be a nice sunset.

Very cool!  It is definately God's creation.  The fields of purple fireweed in a sea of green was so impressive as you fly over it.

 

I just took a few pictrures; guess I was too busy fishing.  I especially like the one of Leni taking off in his buddy's PA12 to ferry his son and GF home.   On the way home I missed a really cool opportunity to get a picture directly under Jeff through my skylight but my camera was in my fishing pack and out of reach.  Maybe next time....

How the bad word did I miss these pics before it was a great day of fishing and flying, but I'm sure I logged more hours flying than fishing darn my bad luck! My laptop went TU on me so I lost a ton of pictures I had downloaded from this day.
