Leni and Bob,

Just a reminder that when you build new wings, the Magnum has 8 more rivets in each bracket. Doug and I have the drawings.

I am not building a magnum wing, its just going to be a HH wing with KF IV ribs.

The reason I quoted that is my theory of "more is better" - If they put 8 more rivets in the same bracket as the lighter planes, then why not spend a few dimes and go for more strength in the setup?

Hi Ed,

Since my fat Avid is pretty fat, I plan to build my new wings with a few tweaks to increase the load safgety factor in them.  Can you post the drawings?

Thanks.

I thought I had postd them before, but maybe just sent them to someone.

I will post asap - but with my puter Xpertese, that may take a day or so.

Mostly, it tells you to draw X's between the top and bottom center rivets on each side, 8 lines will give you 4

X's, and the middle of each X is where you put the new rivets - 4 SS rivets on each side of bracket.

Hope that can be understood.
