Has anybody thought about the Dynon D1 as a PFD?

This little thing is pretty awesome. No reason why it couldn't be hardwired and used a Primary Flight Display in something like an Avid/Kitfox. If I didn't do 90% of my flying in Sunny CA I think I would be ordering one this month while Dynon is offereing a $130 rebate.

I have looked at it many times.  When I get ready to redo the panel and put my pig on a diet that was the one I was going to use to get rid of my steam gauges.  it will give me alot more room on the panel and will take out about 10 pounds of crap from the panel.
