Ill second what Jim say's, takes forever to get to the fun painting part, I would not mind using the orex system sometime, I think its more money up front but in the end I would guess its about the same, and for me would probably be 3 months less work,

These look similar, also looks like they have a spot inside spot you finger to push up to unlatch, looks nice but I would like to see how they do a 10 or 20 degrees, my luck I would slam the door and have plastic from the latch in my lap,

oh thats simple, Just take that number 1 rib and cut a 22 1/2 degree angle about 1inch behind the center spar, then glue them back together and put a nice wood gusset on the inside of the bend, Or cut one out of 1/16 inch aluminum and bend it,

Does the under camber wing need more Aileron? The reason I ask is the Kitfox 4 and up use 11degrees down and the early birds use like 20 degrees down

Today's progress, its Been a while since I done fabric work, bit rusty here, it took me 7 hrs to cover them, and I need to put tape on them, but that is a different day,
