   good condition not a hanger queen

   it is hangerd  when not in use
   503 rotax performs like a mini super cub  
   was told engine was rebuilt when I bought it (estimated engine time) engine borescoped cross hatching looked excellent,  engine time
   41.3 hours recorded on tiny tach and hours and increasing.
   flying but will be sold as a project for liability reasons. 
   $16,000 firm / don't really want to sell it but the only reason selling is I bought a larger airplne.
