He has taken a job at his local airport as a caretaker.

Georgia is not only doing a recount but a full Audit.  That is absolutely huge in itself.  This means they are looking at eligibility, signature match and other factors as well at vote totals.

One state does this and finds the anomalies that we all know are there and it will trigger more states to do the same.

Unfortunately the Prince is officially deceased.  It is missing 3-4" off each tip...

My early model (1997) 912UL with the low compression Big Bore now has almost 600 hours of trouble free fun time on it.

Poly tone is like lacquer.  It will melt into itself.  Just mist another coat over the damaged area.  Done.

Sold already. 

912 has a mechanical pump driven by a cam in the gearbox. 

Still waiting to see that elusive 2-stroke Detroit that does not have a blower.

BTW, this is the smallest Detroit 2-stroke, a 1-53 engine.  Note the blower on the side.

I’m based at KRRL, my friend with the Avid is at a private strip WI00. 

If you're interested in the road trip there's a couple of us up north...  Mine's a model 4, but I have a good friend with a Mark 4 Avid that will give you a ride, too.

With the pitch setting I have now, I see 5500 to 5600 on full power takeoff roll.  The Prince I was getting 5200.  

Cruise at 5000 rpm I see 100 mph now and ~90 before.

I played with higher pitch settings and saw 125 mph at 5500 rpm...

So far, so good.  Performance is good.  The Prince pulled harder out of the hole, but the Luga/NR is faster on the top end.  I went from 200' takeoff to 250'.  I can live with that.

After the world of bullcrap is over, I'd like to try a pair of 79" blades in it to see how they perform.

I was looking forward to catching up with you and everyone else!  This just totally suck.
