  1. JImChuk ur model 4 needs bigger tires really bad;)

I have a set of Nancos that are sitting on the shelf.  Don't really like the way they wiggle on pavement though.  And I'm way to cheap to buy the bigger ones.  But if you decide to give yours away, put me at the top of the list:lmao:JImChuk

you bet, ill keep ya in mind lol:lmao:

I was gonna suggest that I give you the Nanco's I took off my airplane. ;)

  2. Do you have 80 or 100 HP?  What did it do to your cruise speeds?  And what are they now?  JImChuk

I have an 80hp. I wish I had more but I still get 12-1300fpm climb by my self.

I'd say it took maybe 3mph off the top end not as much as I thought it would.

My cruise was 105 and now it's around 100-103

These are numbers I got just flying around through the winter and spring so I'm not sure how accurate they really are but I'm happy with it.

  3. Absolutely T-jay it was nice to meet you to. I sure wish I could have flow my Kitfox up there but as the weather turned out it was better that I hitched a ride in the 6.

The trip home was nice, we had a tail wind and took 3hrs instead of the 25mph headwind and 4.5hrs up there lol

  4. I stopped and looked at this plane and I thought the build quality was mediocre. The finish is not good at all, very rough texture.  The size of the airframe and adjustable seats are great though.

It never ceases to amaze me how things always look better in the pictures

  7. I'll see if Hal's got one, he said he might have a 72"  he had an order of props but the NR guys sent them to the wrong place so they're trying to find them.

  8. Thats gonna be an awesome airplane when you get done. Thats some nice gear I need to get you to build me a set haha, I'm kinda dreading it.

  9. I can't help to wonder, wouldn't heel brakes eliminate stress to the rudder pedal assembly - end of broken rudder pedals.

I've never heard of strapped or gusseted rudder pedals breaking only the original ones have broken
