Found a mark 4 locally. The plane has gone through at least two hands and not completed. He has the original paper work from avid. Serial number 1289d. He said their is

no data plate other than that it looks complete . Motor is in brakes baggage compartment controls, Wings are built. $5000, Does this sound like a good deal?

Looking at a model c stol , is 30 foot correct?

Looking at a kitfox 4 with a 912, called the insurance company they quoted 2500 per year for a student pilot with 12 hours. Does that seam high to you? The quot was  from regal in oregon

Are the c models bad ?1050 gross. It has the baggage door on the side.

Well I found out today that the serial #for the plane is 700 .The serial number for the engine is 22a  1503. I really hope this checks out I like the plane. Thanks for the help.
