Posted 5 Apr 2017 Anyone know, or are, good instructors in Texas, prefer central, but am flexible. I have my endorsement (only 10 hours), but no time in Avid or Kitfox. It has been a few years since I flew a tailwheel, but my time was in a Citabria and RV6 when I was doing aerobatic training. I would obviously prefer one with Avid / Kitfox experience...potentially in my plane, if reasonable close.TIA

Posted 6 Apr 2017 I appreciate the thought, but it is a bit far to go for a refresher. Maybe a vacation idea at some point.

Posted 5 May 2017 There is a retired Envoy pilot up in Bowie who is a good instructor and has actually taught a complete novice in a Kitfox. Nice guy, too. Name's Richard Lee. 940-841-0186. He has a C210 and will even come to you.
