Posting photos

Hello forum

Please tell me the steps I need to go thru to place a photo with post.

The photos are in my I-phone.

 I do know how to text or email photos from my phone and that is about the limit of my electronic skills.

I had my first could be fatal incident last Sunday in my Kitfox and I need to let others know so it does not happen to them.

To add a photo to your post

1. Select "more reply options" from below the reply box

2. Select "choose file" from below the new text box

3. Select "choose existing" to select a photo in your iPhone. Navigate to and select a photo.

4. Select "attach this file" to upload the photo to the forum.

5. A shaded blue band will appear with a small copy of your photo below the text box. This photo will appear at the bottom of your post.

6. If you want to put the photo in the middle of your post, position your curser where you want it then select "add to post" located in that blue shaded band.

Some coding will appear in your post which is the photo.

7. Select "done" on your keypad, then "add reply" on the page to post your information.

This reads much more complicated than it is to do. ( posted this from my iPhone 5)

To add an avatar photo

1. Select your name at the very top of the page.

2. Select "my settings" from the list that appears

3. Select the "change my photo" button at the top of the list that appears

4. Select "use a custom photo" then "choose file" and navigate to and select a photo from your iPhone.

5. The photo may need to be cropped to fit, follow the instructions given.

6. When you get back to the "general account settings" page, select "save changes" at the bottom and you're done.

Nice looking planes. It is oriented sideways but I just pick up my laptop and turn it to "correct" the picture.

 

I'm very curious about this could be fatal incident. I'm all about learning from others as much as possible, even if sometimes I have to make my own mistakes!

Herman, I honestly don't think having it sideways is that big a problem at least to me it's not. I don't even have a smart phone so you are one step ahead of me on that one!
