Liability and Death?

2 Questions that most of us don't like to think about - but both important:

1.  Does the EAA publish a legal statement you can use to limit or cease your liability as a builder if you sell your plane?

2.  Planes have no title - only owner registration - If a builder or owner should die, then how can their spouse or heirs sell the plane if they are not a registered owner?
