AVID Flyer Cargo POD Pictures

Here are the pictures I promised. This pod would hold alot of camping gear. Could even fit my guitar. Maybe even my wife. If you guys in Alaska want one for the summer we should get with CAC plastics and get a form made or make one ourselves. I have no experience with fiberglass or gelcoat.

Hey,

That looks like what Chris Bolkan used to do with his kyak on his mkiv! He would stuff it full and I think bungee it on. Maybe he post up. Bryce

Extremely light. I did not weight it but it couldnt weigh more than 10 pounds if I had to guess. I will check it tonight.

That looks a bit larger than the KF cargo pod, and the shape would accommodate wider items than the cylindrical KF pod. Hard to see if the stock attachment system would allow for use with aluminum spring (Grove or other) gear, or bungee gear only.
