Depends. Some solenoids actuate the bendix, and some do not. Those that do not and use the starter bendix's inertia to engage it, you could change it as long as it was rated at the same or more amperage.

My doctor told me it was a potassium deficiency. He said to eat bananas. OJ has it as well as other juices and I do that instead. Low salt can cause cramps also. I used to walk 10 miles of irrigation pipe each day in 100 degree 90% humidity. I used to take supplements as well as salt pills. Also had a 5 gallon cooler inside the shop refrigerator full of Gatoraid. That really helped me too.
So I guess there can be many causes for cramps.
I like my 4 door truck. You can open the front and rear doors and you almost have a bathroom stall!!! And a jacked up 4X4 is a lot easier to hide behind than my Camaro!!!

Mine is right with the pitot tube out on the wing.
I was landing a Scout that pulled to the right (bent tail wheel spring) and I got a crap in my calf just as the tail hit the ground. I thought I was going to have to turn it over to my friend in back, but I suffered through it though. I hate a damn crap. I drink a lot of OJ and other juices to combat it.

Holy cow!!! And I used to wonder how they kept up with really fast turbines!!! That thing is crazy!!!
BTW the RC planes I have, all but two are slow bush planes. I even have floats for them!

They aren't cheap, but I put an Odyssey in my 4 wheeler about 6 years ago. Never charged it and it ill fire right up. I like the AGM batteries as you can mount them anyway you want and they live a long time. When/if I put electric start in my Avid, it will get one for it.. I may get one to replace that led acid battery I have for my radio, etc. They won't last a year even on a tender.

I went up to the rubber store and had them cut out some. When I wanted a bit more preload, I had some thin ones cut and added them. When they asked what it was for, I told them mounts for an air compressor. I don't think they would have done it if I had said experimental airplane.

Something that you get used to. Least for me. I didn't get really queasy until I went up with a retired Air Force pilot in a Christen Eagle. After a roll, a snap and a loop, I was getting pretty quiet. He asked me if I was okay. It was then I realized that I had forgotten to tense my abdominals while doing a restricted exhale. He then went on with his routine flipping that plane around all over the sky. It made my ride in a P51 and T6 seem docile.
One of my friends is an ag pilot. Put him in a small field with a lot of turning, he would land, get out, and puke. He started using a patch and he said that helped a lot.

Resistant is the key word I think. And I know what you mean. I have some I spray 50/50 bleach through. Imediately after I am trough I dump it a flush with water. Other wise as you said, they are trashed!!!
