    Hi all

    I will receive my VG from spruce europe in the next days (stolspeed)

    I'll put them on the tail (under the horizontal stab) and the rest on the wing

    I'm looking for any advices to do the job

    Hi robert

    There's not enough place on my dash to put the 4 plugs



    and I had to add a battery isolator switch near the battery

    the only place available was the place on the picture so I put the headset plugs in the same place.

    I realy like to have them here but My new DC X11 have the first wire not long enought, and I had a blulink BT adaptator (with the same problem)

    So now, I've just a wire under the seat with 2 blugs at the end of them !!

    whow, that's a nice expression !!!!!!!!

    my turtle deck is a one piece turtle deck all in lexan or plexyglass

    no problem to remove it

    I'll try to take a picture tomorrow if the weather is not too bad

    Hi

    I suppose EIS is "Engine Instrument system" ?

    If yes, there is one ine the MGL catalog (MGL VELOCITY E1). It could check 4EGT, 4 CHT Oil pressure and Temp, RPM and Volts
    it cost 300 $

    On the picture the E1 is the one at the right of the speed gauge (badin ?)



    the first on the left is a fuel computer

    the second one is the altimeter/VSI/AIR temp

    the one on the right is the compass

    and in front of the passenger it's a personal GPS


    In the MGL catalog, ther is a mini Efis (cost 1150 $)

    I just have to indicate in the gauge how much gaz I add in each tank


    ex : If I've got 15 l in the Left wing and 12 in the right wing

    I add 24 in each wing so I will have to indicate 39 in the left and 36 in the other one


    I use this on my avid and there is no problem

    2 Fuel Flow Sender (one for each wing) http://www.stratomaster.eu/lignes/mgl/pdf/en/ffdoc.pdf

    and 2 'andair check valves" from spruce

    It's in France but I don't know where ! (it's not my avid)

    I fly all the time without radio (I'm able to put it out of the plane)I just use it when I want to land on a big airport

    My avid is on a private airport in the middle of nowhere

    what I want to say is that I never fly more than 2 hours between take off and landing !

    since January I fly 20 ours (it's hard to found time with the job, the family .....)
