  1. Looks like a great time

Maybe I can meet you there next year

how much faster was the Yamaha powered highlander than the carbon cub?  I was thinking breedens cub had a 390" stroker in it

is that copper tubing you put on the ends of the aluminum as a sort of crush sleeve?

so on a 30 degree day what will it warm the cabin up to?

    thanks

That looks nice do you have any pictures of the scoop or how you vary the heat in the cabin.

    Thanks

  4. I want to add a heater to my plane and was wondering if anyone has had success with just capturing heat from behind the radiator and letting it into the cabin passively?

    Thanks

  5. Miracle of miracles my pitot tube static tube aluminum combo ran all the way out to the end of my wing  so I was able to hook a hose to it run that to a T that was already inline.  Voila airspeed works  like it's supposed to.

  6. If there is a port on the second piece of my pitot tube any good thoughts on how to get a tube out to it without slicing the wing up too much.  My thought is to use the ASI tube to pull it through but that will only work if it's not glued or zip tied too securely.

  7. Joey sent me a picture of his pitot tube and it is in the same location.  According to him it is very accurate.  My only thought is I have no outside static source it's just take from the back of the ASI.   So I think I will see if my ASI can be set up with one and add an outside one

    thanks
