    When I pulled of the 582 it weighed 102 engine mount muffler starter ready to run no box or prop the c box weighed 17.5

    Home at last..Sold the motor, the wrench said their is no way I could hurt the motor and the buyer looked at him funny Cave me the cash and I headed for Oregon.Turns out it was 8 hrs down their half hour to inspect and another 8 hrs to my bros house made it their at 12, long day, caught the 240 ferry boat home. The rx1 sounds amazing I hate to take apart such a nice looking piece of art..Now I need Teals number.

    Guess we will see what happens tomorrow. I am waking up at 4:30 to catch the boat to meet this guy, if the sale goes through I will drive down to Oregon 6 hrs  and get a sled then double back north to my bros house hopefully by 2am take a nap , go to Costco and other chores then  catch the 4:30pm boat home, that is the dream. Thanks for the help.

    I do not want to spend $2000 on this motor,not sure what to do. I am still going to meet with his wrench, who could be his brother for all I know. Feel like throwing up at losing this sale. And the Yamaha deal.

    I had the spark plugs in ,and held it with my hand and used a impact gun. I could see using the pin if I was working on the other end of the motor.

    Need help
    Is their a place to stick a steel pin into the crank to stop the motor from turning over while removing c box. The reason I ask is the person who was going to buy my motor says that is how you have to do it to remove the 19mm bolt that holds the stock rubber puck. I used a impact gun and it came out easy.. Thanks

    Need help. the person I was going sell the motor to  tomorrow says that I could have ruined the motor, buy not putting a steel pin through a hole against the crank to hold the motor from turning over when I removed the 19 mm bolt? The bolt came out real easy with a impact gun. Cant find any imfo on line thanks need comfirmation.

    Do you have a price point on the purpose built apex gear with built in adapter? How about a wiring solution? Looks like my motor sold so next week I will either pick up a rx1 or a apex, do you need a  guinea pig?

    The motor cycle slaves are $50 bucks I need 4, The mc4 are 175 each ouch. I don't know about plumbing the back pressure from one to the other.

    motor cycle brakes?
    Does any body know why you could not use rear back brake slave for toe brakes, maybe off a larger bike. Maybe  you cant plumb them in line? The larger bikes are around 4-600lbs and they have a mechanical dis advantage with the large rear wheel.
