I new it was a name that started with an F . Wow I can feel the old age catching up to me

I wish taking out the fiberglass pan was that easy. The ton of zip ties holding it on is crazy. I might have to come up with a quick release for that now.

C5engineer gave me the info but I completely forgot where I put it . He can tell you.

Still got the parts. If the scoop doesn't sell I might hack it up to get more air in my cowl

I'm also willing to barter for work too.

Come down and organize my mess . Building the quickie and working on my avid has my hanger a mess
Yeah I'm kinda dumb that way.

Yup that's it . I'm 40 miles from my hanger so pictures were all I had to offer

I went with 1/8 stainless. Probably not the right one but it's worked for 4 years and no issues

I'm trying to get my side work going more. I currently have a set up to put actual door locks in your plane , larger coolant resevoir built to your needs . Powder coating and ceramic coating as well as welding and fabrication. I'm working on making a belt drive for the yamaha 130hp that would be a direct bolt on . I've been around belt drives and gear reduction and am confident the design I have will work . I can pretty much make anything and powder coat anything. I'm located in Florida and have done plenty of work for people across the country. Hit me up with anything you need done .

I'll take some of that stuff off your hands Joey haha . Anything universal that I can use in my quickie project will work . Hell I'll powder coat stuff for you if you want in trade too . I got a couple orders to do this week and I have to make a couple of the trim motor covers. Hopefully my side work stuff picks up to where I can do it for a living . I'm getting ready to make the first belt drive for the yamaha 130hp here shortly. We have the measurements and are now looking into cogs to get the right ratio.

Very nice! That tap is a work of art, just beautiful.

I'll take whatever from whoever it doesn't matter to me . I'll be doing some modifying anyway and then powder coating them with the grip powder I have for the brake parts and just black for everything else .
-
I could too. I'm a tig welder by trade but I like how the avids are and I don't feel like taking mine out to get the measurements. That will lead to me powder coating them and I already have half a garage of 152 parts to powder coat for someone at the airport.

Got any pictures of the stuff ? My stock pedals work great in my mk4
I have a set of pedals and control sticks out of a B model. They were set up for cable brakes though.
Incidentally the brake geometry on stock avids sucks anyhow.

I'm looking for a set of rudder pedals with brake resevoir attachments . I can use the drum style and fabricate them to use the resevoir but would rather not have to. I'm sure someone has to have a old set laying around on here . I plan on installing them in my quickie project. I'm also looking for a push pull throttle as I already have the avid 3 to one control arm . There's plenty of other parts I'm looking for like gauges and various other things. So basically if you have anything you're looking to sell let me know.
Bendix King Skymap III good or bad?
