Jabiru, Australia has a good supply of parts. I just bought new barrels for my A Series 2200.
I run Rotec water-cooled heads which I love but it does require fitting pumps and a radiator which is a big job.
Were I to do it all again I would purchase a brand new Jabiru as they have alloy barrels that cure many ills and the price is amazing compared to a Rotax.
