Avid Champion info needed

Looking for info/plans for a Champion. I’m considering building a part 103 plane, and looking for info on it. 
I have started building wings for a Mohawk(Avid clone) using the speed wing ribs.  But possibly looking to go the 103 route.  From the looks of what little info I can find online, the Champion uses the same wing construction, just not certain if they use the same 2.5” spars. Also looking for info on fuse construction. I assume 1/2” 4130 with .035 wall. Need some detailed measurements, etc.
