Are fiberglass fuel tanks still reliable after 30 years?

Thanks

Mine are still working and they are 30 years old.  Just don't use alcohol blended fuel.  JImChuk

The thing that kills fiberglass is UV exposure (and alcohol as Jim mentioned).  As long as they are covered so no UV gets to them, they'll last a very long time.

I have a newer fiberglas tank, installed by the original builder after initial airworthiness, and it is bulletproof to alcohol.
