35 out today!  No gloves and cabin heat off.

In MN we have so far skipped January and been living in March!

Looks nice,  I was out today for 1.4 this afternoon.  Getting my heater going, I'll work on sealing up the doors a bit better tomorrow.  Brett, we will have to do a Marcell meet up again one of these days.   Although I'm not sure I'll fit now that I have a painted cowl.  Not like last year ;)  JImChuk

PS  do you have much slush on the lakes in your area?  Most around here have it.

ha oh come on FB aint that bad. Just dont read anything. I get at least 50 new airplane pics a day there to look at.

Thats pretty cool I didn't know you could land on snow with floats. We are having a nice January here too in northwest Iowa. I could take this 30 and 40 degree weather all winter.

Thanks for the pictures, Brett. I'm working as fast as I can to get my Avid finished. It will be done before next winter and I have a set of Lotus floats for some winter fun. I'm looking forward to meeting up with you guys!

Yeah Jim no slush over here at all.   A few areas where there are "snow domes" but no really bad hard drifting yet either.

Looks like that might all change here with this next storm though.

Hey Brett, I was half way to your place today,  Tried to find your text messages in my phone to get your # but somehow they are gone.  Was probably 5 miles from the lakes we were on last year.  Sure was a nice day to fly.  JImChuk

But looking forward to meeting up sometime here soon.   And I'd sure like to swing up to your place.. that is if you might sell me 5gall of mogas so I can get back home with some reserve ;)

Always have gas in the hangar.  Just give me a bit of a heads up...  :)  I flew yesterday as well.  Won't be able tomorrow with the storm coming in.  Sure was nice today.  This pic was just before it went into the hangar.    JImChuk
