Posted 21 Dec 2020 (edited) Hat-tip and credit to Dan Marchetti, the former owner and builder of my B STOL for this repair he designed to the Rib trailing end to which the flaperons attach. He did this mod to all 5 ribs on the left wing. I installed on on the outboard Right wing which I found cracked. I like to call it the Marchetti Flaperon Bracket Mod Avid Flaperon Mod.zipThe tip spreader referred in the files above is a necessary add if all brackets (in the case of this wing) broken at once and is affixed to the end of the trailing spar and to the inside of the aft of the wing tip.
