Leveling the fuselage

Question, In setting up the flaperons, the manual says level the wing at the third longer rib based on the right wing. At this stage the fuselage is raised at the tail until the right wing is level. Is the fuselage considered leveled even though the floor of the plane is not quite level or is there another step in leveling the fuselage in order to set up the F7a flaperons that I missed in the manual I down loaded. Thanks, Neil

Leveling the wing at that 3 long rib is the way you do it for a weight and balance calculation for sure.  JImChuk
