Question(s) while building the daah I noticed the dash support isn't going to allow the D6 to be placed in the wanted position, in front of the pilot. Looks like I'm going to have to the setup this way. Anyone forsee any issues with checking airspeed or AOA while flying/landing/taking off?

Seems that the fan has blown away my ignition switch and USB Port papers but they are easy to imagine.

The plane got a new home hanger mate the other day. The wife said I didn't have enough going on so we brought this project home we've had for a few years in storage. Desert Fox Spoiler corvair powered Manx clone.

I have the same color in my other Avid MK IV project.  I have the floor and door carpet as well.  Never used.  JImChuk

Red matte carbon fiber poly vinyl, looks much better against black background.

New seat is back and installed! New seatbelts, New carpet, maybe a new attitude to finishing this plane and fly it. It is for sale but the right money has to come for it.

Question, I have raw spruce floor now should I put carpet or non slip padding or leave it exposed wood?

Anything added to an airplane that is not absolutly needed will reduce it's performance.   Lots of things we like may not be real heavy, but it all adds up.  Like the saying goes, even a ton of feathers still weighs a ton.  Seats and belts are looking nice though.  JImChuk
