solo in my avid C

yesterday i made my first flight solo in my plane, so light! was level flight at 60 mph with 4700 rpm, under 30mph , the plane still wants to fly . and take off blocks the variometer needle up 

i made some good landings and some bounces too, elevator autority keeps good even with idle landing but  the flaps seem to be useless, making plane heavy in controls and no easy to flare the landing without power. 

btw it is a real joy to fly this little bird, very happy
