Well according to that gauge it was a " fresh breeze" here today and the little Avid handled it just fine.  These little planes do amazingly well in the winds.

I was in forty knot wind shear a couple times with the Mk IV last summer and was surprised how good it was - and my wings each have an extra foot of length.
