Great news and yeah I have oodles of reports on Jim Hensel...  all spectacular feedback from everyone who has worked with him.  

And Randy I'm really interested in how the "fit" is on that mount from Langford.  Please do update the post below with some pics and feedback:

Randy, did you feel a need to extend the engine mount for your stretched fuse?

Hi Doug, no, I didn't have a lot of information to go on but my calculations seemed to show that the rear engine case should end up about 1.5" from the face of the fire wall.  I probably could have moved it forward more but I used the weight with my IVO IFA prop and was not sure the length of the Skytrax gearbox in my calcs.  Anyway, I had Barak build it the way he had his jig set up for; so it puts the rear of the engine about 1" forward of the firewall face.  I think it will be fine and I don't plan to load this plane as heavy since I intend to keep it at the place in Mt Hood, OR.  Unless I get a chance to travel around and meet up with more of the AFF crowd around the lower 48....
