Two Hill Billies walk into a restaurant and while having lunch,they talked about their moonshine operation,

Suddenly a woman sitting at a nearby table who was eating a sandwich begins to cough,

after a minute or so it becomes real obvious that she is in distress,

one of the hill billies looks at her and ask's " can ya swallar?" the woman shakes her head no,  then he ask's  "kin ya breathe?"

the woman shakes her head no as she is beginning to turn blue

the Hill billie walks over to the woman , lift's her dress, yanks down her drawer's and quickly gives her right butt cheek a lick with his tongue

the woman is so shocked that she has a violent spasm  and the obstruction flies out of her mouth as she begins to breathe again the

hill billie walks slowly back to his table and sits down,,his partner says " ya know I heerd of that thar hind lick maneuver,..but I aint niver seen nobody do it!
