I’m out of town for a bit, when I go home I’ll check. I felt like all that was there was the box, and then maybe the switch you’d install on your dash

Matthewtanner added a post in a topic Best cleaner and "rain beader" for Windshield?

this is my favorite stuff for plastic windows. Foams on, and then you polish and buff and it makes it so the bugs don’t stick, and the rain beads well.

Matthewtanner added a post in a topic low fuel warning device???
Alot of times they are just optical sensor that operate on an on off scenario. The sensors seeing a different wave when submerged vs not. Key is to make sure the submergable sensor won’t be degraded by fuel. So when the fuel level is below the sensor, it turns on a dummy light.

Just drill a hole, seal the sensor...bing o bang o, you have mission complete light :-p

Starter for 582The guy I sold my aircraft just didn’t like the pull start after all, wondering if anyone has a 582 starter?

Yes I concur...when I mount the motor I’ll put it in a level attitude and measure how big I can go/ground clearance. But if someone had experience with 3.47 I’d love to hear.

Anyone running 3.47 gear?i think this new c box I’ve got has got 3.47 gears, which I’ve got figure out what to run. I like Culver props, because they are light, affordable, and their two tones are beautiful. With the taller gear I’ll not have an issue with ground clearance, but am fearing a 582 might be spinning the prop too slow with 3.47.

Matthewtanner added a post in a topic If you were to buy a new plane, what would it be?
Steve henry’s Highlander with the new edge performance Yamaha. I don’t like tandem seating because 90% of the joy of flying for me is taking others up....and you don’t quiet the same feeling tandem.
