   Brand new Avid floats and amphib kit

   I have a brand new set of Avid floats along with the amphib kit on Model IV rigging.  I have the drawings for the amphib installation, however I do not have the install instructions for the floats. Specifically, I am trying to figure out how to secure the crossbars to the floats. I have seen pics of them secured with two bolts of some sort per attach point. However I don’t know what kind of bolt, length, or how one would access the end to install a nut. Any help would be appreciated. I might be interested in selling the whole setup as it seems like a large task to install the gear for me.
