   I am located in St George, UT.
   Maybe I should talk to an insurer that will insure with just my endorsement.
   However, 1avidflyer, even tho I have much tailwheel time and 40 hrs in a kit fox, if you have training suggestions I would like to get more familiar with the peculiar characteristics of the Avid Flyer model B.

   Flight training needed for Avid Flyer Model B

   Just rebuilt an Avid model B. Before insurance coverage I will need 5 hours of type. I'm hoping to find someone who could help with the required hours.
   I have 1300 + hours as private pilot, 40 of those are in a Kitfox. 400 in an RV6 and the rest in C172s

   I have a belly tank that I removed from my Avid Flyer Model B. it mounted to three tabs welded to the under structure of the cabin area.  I custom built and installed 13 gallon ethanol resistant fiberglass fuel tanks at the root of each wing. I also have the plastic dash tank that I removed. Both are available for sale.
   if anyone is interested I'll post pics
